Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you’re purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
To exercise this right, please email us at info.sleepyhour@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please contact us before returning any items. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted or may be delayed in processing.
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be:

In original condition

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals and documentation
Hygiene Notice – Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of the following products after 14 days of receipt if they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty::

Sleep masks with broken hygiene seals

Reusable earplugs that have been unsealed or inserted
Please do not send these items back unless you are sure they are eligible.
Return Process

Email us at info.sleepyhour@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and send return instructions if eligible.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
